About this class
Through high intensity cardio interview intervals on the cycling bike and resistance training with weights and body weight, it's ultimate total body workout for someone who wants to get leaner and toned. In addition this class is focused on helping you achieve your VO2 85, so that you know you are reaching your optimal fat burning zone. Students are paired up with a partner, and switch off every 7 minutes between for training and cycling intervals. Through the use of the bike, you're able to get an amazing cardio workout while doing strength training.
