About this class

Benefits All Levels of practice. Beginners Welcomed. The ancient art of Ki Gong is known throughout the world as a healing art. A regular practice will create a healthier and more vibrant self. Ki Gong is a series of simple, often graceful, exercises linking movement to breath. The beauty of Ki Gong is that it provides all the benefits of yoga, Tai-Chi and meditation in one discipline. These practices can be learned at our studio and brought home for even greater long term health benefits. Renee Mitchell is a member and student of the World Tang Soo Do Ki Gong Club. She is currently being trained under the direction of Michael Inoshita, the Director for the East Coast, United States. In addition, she is concurrently being trained in Tian Jue QiGong under Michael Bouvier, who himself is a student of Grand Master Zhou Ting-Jue.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (or use ours for $2) and a water bottle if you need one. Yoga is done in bare feet, but you can wear socks if you'd like.

We're located on the west side of Spring Road just south of the Prairie Path. There is street parking.

What is ClassPass?
