This class is open to anyone and everyone seeking a more comfortable and affordable yoga class than traditionally offered. Open to ALL genders to practice in a body positive, multi-racial, multi-generational, queer, feminist environment. Locker rooms and bathrooms friendly to trans, gender non-conforming, nonbinary and differently-abled folks.
How to prepare
Please bring a yoga mat, large towel and water (can be rented or purchased at the studio). Come to class hydrated and be prepared to sweat! Do not eat or drink anything heavy 2-3 hours before practice. Wear comfortable clothing, preferably nothing that is too loose as it will get in the way. Arrive 15-20 minutes before the class to allow time for registration and orientation and will also give you time to set up and look around the studio a bit. Come with an open mind.
