His playlist and floor routine were great and not super repetitive which I appreciate. If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

As a woman with a physical disability, it has been difficult to find a place where I feel welcomed, can train my body well, and be part of a community that is encouraging and accountable. I have found this at Train and Nourish. The staff is wonderful and any class is good for all levels of fitness. It is also accessible to people looking to exercise who have additional mobility needs. We had been on the rowers a million times (at other studios) but Erica showed us a new and more difficult way to row for strength and endurance which I appreciated. Class was challenging but the time flew by and the other people taking class were friendly and supportive, good community and I'd take this class again.
