About this class
This circuit training workout is a body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. ADF uses the technique “stacked” that Sarah has infused it all her personal training of clients and athletes. It is specific technique that adds to the individual fitness level. The technique allows trainers and coaches to add intensities with weights, reps or time to achieve an individuals their own results.
