About this studio

The Fitness Asylum is a revolutionary 21st century fitness center which features a 2,400 square foot studio with padded flooring and cutting edge equipment like rowers, kettlebells, trx straps, sandbags, battle ropes, medicine balls, resistance bands, boxing bags, stability balls, gliders and much more. These training tools allow for killer metabolic workouts that combine the muscle building benefits of strength training with the fat burning benefits of cardiovascular exercise to allow you to get the biggest bang for your fitness buck. What’s unique is how they tailor their workouts for any fitness level. They explain all exercises with 3 variations: Level 1, 2 and 3. Level I- Beginner Level II- Intermediate Level III- Advanced

How to prepare

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get yourself situated. Please bring clean indoor shoes. May also bring water and towel, but both are provided at the gym if needed.

How to get there

Both a parking lot and street parking is available at our location. Studio gym is on the second floor in Unit 220.

I’m melting, and it feels so good to feel so worked out. By the time I’m at my car though I get a blast of energy three times what I just spent. “Top of the world Ma!” It is an Asylum because we keep going back!

Last review worried me but it’s not really accurate. The Krank It recording is just a tabata timer. The workout and music are decided by the instructor. Good workout, nice instructor with good feedback. I could have sweat a little more.

What is ClassPass?
