About this class

Wanting to try a class at AcroSports but not sure where you'd fit in? Look no further. This class is just for you! Intro to AcroSports will help you develop the skills you will need to participate in any of our beginning level classes. We will work on basic tumbling, strength & conditioning, and body awareness. All Beginning Level Tumbling/Gymnastic students are welcome to attend to reinforce their tumbling skills. If you have any questions about our programming make sure you touch base with the coach after class.

How to prepare

Athletic apparel is required to be worn in the gym. The midsection and chest on all individuals must be fully covered at all times. The buttocks and groin must be fully covered at all times. Jeans, khakis and pants, with or without buttons, metal zippers, metal rivets, belts and belt loops are all not permitted. We have cubbies & lockers on site, but we do not provide locks. Please bring water in a closed container. We have water fountains on each level.

How to get there

We are located at 639 Frederick Street in San Francisco, directly across from historic Kezar Stadium. AcroSport's is easily accessible by both Muni Train and Bus. There is on street parking, or if you prefer there is a paid parking lot accessible from Stanyan Street. Walk up the stairs and enter the double glass doors which will take you to our Front Office.

Just more of a regular workout to. was expecting more. Molly is a cool person. and we sweat some. Though pay attention. The intro means really intro. So if you are already pretty built and just want to check this place out. Go for other classes.

Mostly conditioning exercises including jumping, cartwheel, handstand etc. Great to get out of comfort zone and see what your body is lacking before going to specialised classes.

That was the most fun I have ever had working out!! It was also challenging at times and I got a good sweat in. Molly is very down to earth and encouraging! I also really had a great time with my other class mates. I cant wait to come back and bring some friends.
