How to prepare

Please wear yoga pants that go below the knee. Water is recommended, don't forget a small towel and socks are optional. Our classes are set at 2 levels. Essentials Reformer class is best for those that are new to Pilates class and have 15 or fewer classes under their belt and need a little more personal attention. Regular Reformer is for those that are taking Pilates classes on a regular basis. If this is your first visit please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out our client information forms. They are in the same parking lot as Macyo's Mexican restaurant, and are all the way at the facing Laredo street. What is ClassPass?
