About this class

Looking for a dynamic, intense, challenging workout? Try one of CrossFit YP1's CrossFit Classes. The core of CrossFit training is derived on functional movements, and reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These movements embody the core movements of life. For example, the deadlift (think of picking things off the floor); the push-press (think of putting things up on a shelf); and the air squat (it is such a natural movement, babies have the best form). At CrossFit YP1, we offer our members classes which encompass the CrossFit fitness regimen of constantly varied and high intensity functional movements. Our CrossFit classes are an hour long, broken down into a: warm-up; specific warm-up; strength/skill component; and WOD (workout of the day). Each CrossFit YP1 class can be scaled to the individual athlete’s level of experience. Our certified coaches will help guide each athlete with the daily movements to ensure a challenging, but safe workout. Our main goal at CrossFit YP1 is to build each of our athlete’s strength, speed, stamina, power, and resiliency.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
