12RND's short, High Intensity Interval Training workouts are scientifically proven to improve athletic capacity and conditioning, increase glucose metabolism, and boost your fat-burning capacity. Every 12RND FITNESS workout has been designed by our team of fitness experts to trigger EPOC, or the "after burn effect." This means that even though our workouts are fast, your body will continue to burn calories for up to 38 hours after each 12RND workout.
