About this class

YIN is the perfect compliment to yang. It’s how we restore balance in the body and mind. Passive floor postures are held for 3-5 minutes to relieve and release tightness in the connective tissues surrounding the muscles, known as myofascia. In YIN, we create a safe environment for these tissues to begin the process of opening up, utilizing props to support the body and breathing techniques to release tension. *warm, 88-90 degrees

Please make sure to bring your own mat and towel. If you do not have your own, you may always rent them at the studio for a small fee.

How to get there

Free street parking is available M-F before 8am & after 5pm; parking is free on the weekends. Space is also available in the adjacent Red Hat garage.

What is ClassPass?
