About this class

“Ideally, our muscles should obey our will.” Joseph Pilates’ sequential method of exercise strikes a perfect balance between strength and stretch. All movements are initiated from your powerhouse and joints are stabilized to achieve optimal results. Designed over a century ago, his system is as relevant and impactful as ever. Expect to do the original exercises with a few add ins. Your abs will be challenged the whole class. Leave feeling long, lengthened and centered.

How to prepare

Please make sure to bring your own mat and towel. If you do not have your own, you may always rent them at the studio for a small fee.

How to get there

Free street parking is available M-F before 8am & after 5pm; parking is free on the weekends. Space is also available in the adjacent Red Hat garage.
