Lean Strength at 1-Habit
About this class
If you've ever wanted to know how it feels like to be (physically) strong, then this class is for you. In this small group training, we only have a 6:1 class ratio so your Coach can give you 100% attention to help you maximise your gains and strength. Every class will build upon the 4 big lifts - Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press and Overhead Press, and accessory lifts to help you increase muscle mass and strength.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle - we have a water cooler so you can refill anytime! We provide towels and toiletries but do note we only have one shower and toilet so you might need to wait for a bit.
How to get there
Our Studio is located at Bussorah Street. Entrance is via the back alley (don’t go through the restaurants at the front!). You’ll see our mural painted 1-Habit and the address 51A Bussorah St. Push the glass doors and come up the stairs and you’ll see us there!
