Katie DiPasquale | Firelight Yoga, Fuel Yoga Workouts – Downtown
“Katie pushes her students beyond their comfort level for the full 60 minutes of her hot yoga sculpt class and she does it in the best, most fun way. Her inspiring words and booty bouncing playlists serve for better “me time” than wine & Netflix. She’s a rockstar yogi that isn’t afraid to use weights!” –Olivia
“Katie is #fitnessgoals. Her classes are hard but she motivates you to push yourself. I leave her classes feeling taller and stronger. She’s the only instructor I’ll wake up at 5:30 am for.” –Laken
“Katie is a fantastic instructor. She brings the energy to each and every class, inspiring every individual person to push themselves with the knowledge that every day is different. Katie teaches some of the most challenging classes I have been to, yoga sculpt (heated yoga with weights), and they are almost always full for a very good reason: she is simply the best. Love you Katie D!” –Erin
“She’s a total bad ass. Fun, encouraging and completely motivating. Knows how to keep everyone engaged and is the hardest teacher I’ve ever had, yet I still keep coming back for more. And so does everyone else, her classes are always full.” –Siena
Andrew Ash | barre3 – N Williams
“Even in this crazy positive fun-loving studio, I walk away most days feeling discouraged about my complete lack of ability to do half the class. My inner dialogue is usually filled with self-loathing comments….but not with Andrew! He is AWESOME! I actually smiled a lot and even laughed during my workout. I finally felt so powerful, encouraged, and most importantly proud of myself and what I had accomplished in class. The glass was finally half full after an hour with Andrew. I was so stoked to be there and walked out with a smile even though the workout “hurt so good!” (I even gathered up the courage and went out of my way to tell him all of this.) I will now seek out as many of his classes as I can!” –Amy
