Sales Operations, Project Manager

Partnerships in New York, San Francisco or Missoula

About the role:

The Sales Operations team at ClassPass supports our global Partnerships and Corporate Sales organizations and helps guide strategy with the intent of consistently increasing efficiency and effectiveness. As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with both leadership and individual contributors across our sales, success,  and marketing teams to help identify areas of potential improvement, optimize processes, ensure data accuracy, and analyze data to drive tangible outcomes. The ideal candidate is an analytical-minded, problem solver with a strong background in project management and experience with system administration/implementation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  •  Process Design and Improvement
    • Work with leadership to help identify opportunities for process improvement and be able to prioritize initiatives based on projected business impact
    • Assess gaps and redundancies in processes, tools, and resources
    • Perform process discovery, create documentation, propose and execute improvements, and work with leadership to implement changes and monitor impact
  • Project Management
    • Create project plans and work with other team members to define and assign deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines
    • Work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders from Partnerships and other departments to drive progress on initiatives
    • Be comfortable juggling competing priorities and managing to delivery deadlines
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop operational and financial models (forecasting, capacity planning, etc.)
    • Help define and monitor KPIs for the Partnerships org
    • Perform analysis on large data-sets with the goal of deriving actionable insights to help drive business-cases and prioritization
  • System Administration and Implementation
    • Help maintain, build-out, and improve our current technology stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.)
    • Drive efficiency through automation
    • Evaluate, implement, and manage new, enabling technology solutions and help optimize our existing technology investments

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience (sales strategy/operations, consulting, analytics, project management) preferably in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Extremely familiar and competent with Salesforce; preferably have served as a Salesforce administrator and/or admin certified
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, able to assess prioritization by gauging business impact in consideration of competing priorities
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Very proficient with Excel (experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau a plus) and flowcharting tools like Visio/draw.io/Lucidchart
  • Bonus points for candidates with extensive experience scaling customer support/success organizations
