ABOUT THIS ROLE

The HR Team has a simple mission: ensure that ClassPass is a great place to work. 

As an HRBP you will contribute to this mission by formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added support to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Develop a deep understanding of your client group(s), their situations, needs and challenges
  • Monitor the “pulse” of the team, act as an employee champion and change agent 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance and partner with the legal department as needed/required
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Provide performance management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, feedback, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation 
  • Contribute to HR team initiatives and projects 

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in HR
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
  • Experience with Namely as an HRIS a plus
  • HR Consulting experience also a plus
