Growth Marketing Lead, International
About the right team member:
We’re looking for a highly analytical, driven and autonomous Growth Marketing Lead to join our growth marketing team for International based out in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The successful candidate will play a key role in growing subscribers, reducing churn and improving gross profit for the business as a whole. This is a newly created role, working with the Head of Growth Marketing, which is yours to shape as you grow.
Sounds great, but what will I actually do?
- Ownership of all growth specific campaigns, with a key focus to increase subscribers, lower churn and extend customer LTV
- Analysis of all on-going deals and promotions, including daily tracking of performance and budget management
- Weekly review of all online performance reports, escalating issues to global teams when necessary & driving structural improvements
- Responsible for promotional strategy and monitoring CAC budget to meet targets
- City/Region-specific campaigns, including area launches or new product feature launches
- Share best practices within the team and senior management on a regular basis
What we are looking for:
- Proven & related work experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Highly analytical, with a proven ability to understand complex data & transform insights into ideas
- Experience working in digital marketing and/or performance marketing
- Operations experience is a strong plus
- Positive attitude with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in Singapore
