  • Team Management & Support
    • Manage and oversee the partner onboarding process which assists new studio partners with their ClassPass venue page, schedule build out, etc.
    • Develop resourcing plan for direct reports, including contributing to resourcing needs for expansion efforts
    • Professional development of direct reports including ongoing training and real-time feedback
    • Performance and motivation of team through ongoing 1:1s and communications
  • Process Efficiencies & Optimizations:
    • Lead hiring, onboarding and training efforts
    • Understand and track the ClassPass product portfolio and pricing structure for studio partners
    • Implement improvements to the onboarding experience and learn the ClassPass systems and tools including Salesforce, pricing setup and studio booking integration sites
    • Contribute to the setting and tracking of goals (short term & long term) for direct reports and team as a whole 


  • 3+ years of professional work experience, ideally in a client/customer facing setting
  • Proven management experience (preferred, but not required)
