Her infectious positive energy and encouraging way of teaching makes a difficult 50 minute class fly by while helping every person in her class realize that they’re stronger than they know. Her classes have become a staple in my weekly routine, making me feel noticeably stronger both mentally and physically!

see all reviewsThis was only my second Barre class ever, the instructor was really encouraging with helping guide me during class and someone else that works there helped me get set up in a spot with the right equipment and talked me through some of the phrases that are said in class, like "tuck" and "pulse" before class even started. Was sweating my butt off the whole time, I'll definitely be back!
