Awesome class! Trainers & staff were super nice and helpful. Google maps took me to Uptown (near Ross). Called the facility to confirm and they promptly guided me to Downtown PeralRidge (near CPK and Dunkin Donuts; old Fun Factory).Took the “weight lifting” focused class and it was pretty intense, but everyone was so motivating and the Trainers offered modifications to any workouts as needed. Definitely coming back again to try out their other classes and to do this one again!

60min HOT HIIT w/ Joseph Pilates Principles

Gloria taught a great full body workout class that was just the right amount of burn in each body part to feel the blood flowing for the rest of the day. The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!

Her mantra “start where you are” is my new favorite phrase. This was the first time I took Melissa’s class and I will definitely be booking with her again. She made me feel comfortable, confident, and I love how she did the whole entire class with us. An absolute queen.

Disclaimer: I am not fond of working out. I’m happy the instructor was amazingly supportive and energetic. She pushed you but also gave you flexibility in the poses. lots of good vibes. I will return!

Great class! Felt that work within 10 min of the class, my booty was burnin! Love taking raylees classes mainly because of the pace. She has water breaks, lets us know where we’re at in the workout, and is great for all levels.

    Beginner Pole

I enjoyed this class and liked this location! Bigger space, felt open. FYI it’s located in the first building facing Kam Hwy with Goodwill downstairs. Google takes you to the wrong locations in the back. Autumn got straight to the point! showed us different beginner moves, coach us on hand & leg placements, and made adjustments. I’m upper body challenged so I struggled but it was definitely fun! And I got a good bit of cardio. It’s also an intimate class there were only 2 students. Will take her class again.

    Booty Camp

I wanted to wait to write this review but ClassPass is making me do it now. I really wanted to love this place! I heard good things about it a couple years ago and just never had a chance to check it out. Location: if you are facing the building entrance, walk on the outside of the building on the right down the driveway, last door in the back. I had to ask someone walking out for clear directions. Workout: The workout itself was good/challenging. You do 4-6 different exercises for 3 rounds and take turns. I’m old so if you remember curves it’s like hot girl curves. lol one less star bc I just wasn’t feeling the vibes. I think the coach must have been distracted by other things so initially I didn’t feel welcomed/greeted but someone ended up saying hi and guided me. It was just my first impression, probably not like that all the time. The studio itself is clean. clean machines, clean toilet, but it’s definitely tell it’s ran by a man. It’s the little things, no water refills, no Towel rental, etc Maybe I’m just spoilt with my home studio. Cleanliness: they didn’t require wipe down machines/equipment between sets? Or maybe I was just out of the loop. definitely bring your towel. The moment he said 10 burpees per a person that was missing a towel I dipped. lol I’m probably just used to my home studio and I have expectations of cleanliness, friendliness, and warm vibes for similar cost. I think if you already know people or know someone that goes it would probably be a better experience.

No one was there and I called the number it was out of service. There’s no social media and no where to find anything about them. I wrongly assumed ClassPass did a better job securing their partners. This is solely on ClassPass imo and will be why I don’t spend almost $100 a month on a membership. Such a joke
