Great workout because of the circuit that was set, but the only instruction was at the beginning with an example of each exercise. Wish there was a bit more hands on with adjustments like previous reviews suggested. Not a ton of motivation compared to other HIIT classes.

Mike is a great instructor. he ran through the entire workout at the beginning of the workout and walk around to give tips as time went on. I was a beginner attending the class with 2 new others so we worked together. Wasn't too bad but I do with we had the freedom to choose some weights that worked for each individual. For example, one area had 15 pound weights only when I wish it were 10. It is tough for beginners but worth it.

What is ClassPass?
