About this studio

Their bright, beautiful and welcoming studio hosts 7 different and exciting styles of Hot Yoga. If you're looking to relax, stretch and feel good try Hot Yin Tonic, Freedom Flow and Dreamtime to put a blissful smile on your face. If you enjoy dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, that's slightly more challenging but still accessible for beginners go for a Classic Furie and Glow Flow to work up a sweat, breathe well and limber up the body. If you're looking for a fiery challenge, come to their Fierce Furie or Core Deep classes, you'll definitely feel like you've worked hard and earned a rest! How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing in which you're happy to sweat and can move freely. Bring a towel to place over your mat (mats provided free of charge). You can also hire or purchase specialist mat towels at the studio. Bring a drink of water or you can purchase one at the studio.

What is ClassPass?
