Power Yoga with Roy
Excellent class as always. Yoga Garden does not disappoint.
Candlelight Flow with Liz
What is the point of having a yoga instructor who asks about injuries but doesnt offer any suggestions to those who have them, who walks around the class but makes no corrections or suggestions, who offers no help or guidance? I was already frustrated by the end of the class and then the tiny straw that broke the camels back was when she gave out essential oils but only to like, one half of the room. Small and petty, I know, but after an hour of feeling ignored it was just maddening. Doubt Ill ever go back to a class from this instructor.
Yin Yoga with Ally
Relaxing and reflective class great to do at the end of a stressful day
Yoga Sculpt with Angelique
Challenging class and enthusiastic teacher! Great workout!
Vinyasa with Roy
Amazing flow class! Great music! Feel like a winner!
Aromatherapy Flow with Michelle
This is my favorite yoga class in SF! As a beginner who needs help and adjustment, Michelle is attentive, encouraging and has a good sense of humor. Instead of feeling frustrated or self-conscious I can relax and laugh at myself when I hit my limits and try again.
Vinyasa with Roy
Roy is amazing
Vinyasa with Martine
This class is a challenge but worth it. I wouldnt recommend for beginners. It is more like power yoga. Martine is wonderful and really cares about her students!
Hatha Align with Phillippe
Not much sweat but a great class!
Vinyasa with Meredith
Pretty standard yoga.
Yoga Sculpt with Lisa
Usually this class is amazing and challenging but the instructor was trying some strange moves this time. Not into it!
Power Yoga with Tiffany
Straightforward class, wouldnt necessarily define as power but a vinyasa yes
Candlelight Flow with Karen
Love the instructor!
Power Yoga with Martine
Great way to wake up in the morning. Some of the moves Ive never seen before in yoga.
Vinyasa with Roy
Roy always gives a great class. Hes my go to!
Vinyasa with Martine
The instructor was hard to understand. It was a weird flow and felt like she asked for some hard moves for the sake of being hard. She also didnt provide many modifications or ask people if there are any injuries
Yoga Basics with Stacey
Stacey was an absolute delight, and I can't wait to take another class with her!
Vinyasa with Europa
Wonderful, creative flow!
Power Flow with Christie
This class was called power flow but it was so slow I was convinced I was in the wrong room! I was short on time and looking for something intense and vigorous, you know, power flow... I checked in with the teacher about it and she said she teaches more of an alignment flow, which is cool, if thats what youre looking for. I just wish it had been properly named or I would have chosen something different.
Vinyasa with Karen
Wonderful class. Karen is the best.
Vinyasa with Karen
Sweet instructor but so slow and very little flow. Karen gave great corrections!
Vinyasa Align with Adam
Gave adjustments that teachers normally do not give! Very happy with what I learned
Power Yoga with Tiffany
That class was WAY too crowded. There should be a limit on the number of people in such a small room. Very disappointed. :(
Rocket Vinyasa (Level 2-3) with Christie
Christie brings the most out of her students and has formed a little community of her own. Highly recommend to improve your practice in a challenging set series environment.
Flow, Core and Restore with Tiffany
Great teacher and good sequencing. Class was challenging enough to feel some burn but not too overwhelming for a Sat morning :)
