Class was overfull, some students had trouble finding space to put matts down. Instructor not very hands on. Did not suggest modifications for different abilities.

Small class, great instruction. Definitely a choose your own pace class, which I enjoy.

Slow core workout. Feeling it the next day :) Good intro back into fitness or keeping up a light workout routine. Casual vibe. Being a weekday morning its a more mature crowd.

About this studio

At Well Aligned their Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell, and Core & Stretch classes are designed to achieve stronger and more flexible bodies. The focus is on restoring your body to its natural alignment and moving more to help improve natural performance, reduce the risk of injury and disease and relieve pain. They use a body alignment and movement model of wellness taught by biomechanical scientist Katy Bowman at the Restorative Exercise Institute in the USA. Katy is the author of "Move Your DNA: Restore Your Health Through Natural Movement", "Alignment Matters", "Whole Body Barefoot: Transitioning Well to Minimal Footwear" and "Every Woman's Guide to Foot Pain Relief: The New Science of Healthy Feet".

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!
