About this studio
At Well Aligned their Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell, and Core & Stretch classes are designed to achieve stronger and more flexible bodies. The focus is on restoring your body to its natural alignment and moving more to help improve natural performance, reduce the risk of injury and disease and relieve pain. They use a body alignment and movement model of wellness taught by biomechanical scientist Katy Bowman at the Restorative Exercise Institute in the USA.
