About this studio
At Upside-Down Pilates in Honolulu Oahu Hawaii, their goal is to provide individuals with the knowledge, encouragement and drive to transform and maintain a strong and supple body, in turn, leading to a long, productive and healthy life. Through the use of Upside-Down Pilates, anatomical knowledge, neuromuscular re-education, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation patterns and years of research in training the body they strive to free people captive in their own bodies, as well as, challenge athletes to go further than ever thought possible. Upside-Down Pilates is located at: Nu’uanu and Hotel Street in Downtown/Chinatown Honolulu 1111 Nu’uanu Ave #213 Honolulu, HI 96817 Parking is easy and available at several Chinatown municipal lots for $.75/ half hour before 5 PM, $.50/half hour after 5 PM and all day Saturday/Sunday. Enter from Beretania just past Nu’uanu Ave or on Bethel Street just before Hotel Street. Both parking garages are located on the left-hand side of the street.
