(side note: im amazed the teacher went thru so much of the routine with the class! 🤯)

Sui Strength 360
see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! The instructor had great energy, kept everyone motivated, and the class flew by. The workout was well paced and engaging from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to offer heavier weights. The heaviest dumbbells available were 20 pounds, which felt a bit limiting for lower body exercises. Other than that, it was a fantastic class, and I’d definitely take it again.

see all reviewsI enjoyed this class! Challenging but I felt stronger after. Also went by quick, which I like. Apparently this instructor was subbing for the usual instructor for this class but it was fab. Not a heated class but no AC so it was definitely hot in there! Would opt for shorts/ something breezier.

She was constantly offering modifications and flexibility so that everyone could get what they needed out of the class. Not the hardest mat pilates class I've taken, but definitely one that felt very supported.

see all reviewsThe instructor was lovely even if slightly different and more traditional vinyasa compared to the usual power hour. My major issue as a recently is The Super unsustainable wipes that have been traded in for regular cloth towels and are starting to make the mats fall apart all over our bodies, and don’t feel like they are getting things as clean in the studio

They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. I unexpectedly sweat buckets and feel so much stronger already. Looking forward to my next class.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Marika’s class, wish they stuck to the traditional and proper Bikram dialogue without any extras like shhh open mouth exhalation sounds at the beginning and the end, or bending knees cues in the half moon series, but other than that the energy in the room was great, teacher’s cues were wonderful, the room was perfect temperature, and most importantly - the postures were held exactly how long they should be (some studios I go to rush through the postures and cut timing in half!). Will be back ❤️

see all reviewsI'm editing my previous review to clarify what I meant when I said the front desk person was "weird." I meant a weird, unkind energy. I get that people have bad days, but the vibe from the gentleman working was just not okay. I said hi when I put my mat down and got zero response, just an eye roll. Then a student accidentally pushed some mats and shut the door, and he proceeded to huff and puff and roll his eyes again. I’ve worked at multiple studios and know that students should always be treated with respect and kindness. Weird is fine I love weird! but weird, unkind energy isn't. I’ll be back for Monica, but the gentleman working was very unkind and should receive feedback. I will also say the space was beautiful.

see all reviewsTina was an awesome instructor she was so informative about the posture names in Sanskrit as well as expressing the focus to maintain proper form. I loved all the extra opportunities to flow deeper in every pose esp the standing poses like tree and dancers pose. Savasana was used so eloquently between poses I especially loved how it allowed for full engagement of the core in transition though sit ups. Great class perfect temperature to embrace the warmth in the heat.
