About this studio

[solidcore] is unlike any workout you’ve ever done before. It’s a high-intensity, low-impact 50-minute session that is done as slow as possible to lengthen and tone your body. Don’t let the slow fool you… it’s hard. The body can then work to repair the ripped muscles, which is when they become leaner, longer and stronger – creating noticeable tone and definition in the body. With countless variations of moves stemming from planks, lunges and squats, your body and mind will be challenged in each and every class.

How to prepare

If this is your first visit to [solidcore], save yourself some time ahead of your first class! Visit the MINDBODY site or download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your same ClassPass email login and sign our liability waiver. You can also see what other upcoming classes are happening and learn more about our studios. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks or shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of class, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. Unfortunately, if you don't arrive 15 minutes early, they won't be able to allow you to take the class. Filtered water fountains, towels, bags for sweaty clothes, face wash are all available—everything you need to freshen up after class but NO showers.ty clothes, face wash are all available—everything you need to freshen up after class but NO showers.

How to get there

[solidcore] Midtown is located off Peachtree Pl NE. Validated parking is available in the deck right next to Dancing Goats Coffee. Be mindful that the studio entrance is actually off of West Peachtree, not Peachtree Place. Door Code 1029#.

Full Body - Beginner with Lyndsay
Ive Never used a megaformer and Lyndsay made it easy for me to understand the moves and how to do the movements with proper form. Would def recommend to anyone who has never taken Pilates. Great workout, too! I was drenched in sweat by the end of the hour

Liked that there was a decent amount of arms too so it actually made it a true full body workout. Other times I feel like these classes can be too heavy legs and abs focused and the arm part is too easy. But that was not the case this time!

What is ClassPass?
