You’ll be guided by a high energy [solidcore] Coach sequencing core, lunge, squat and upper body moves that work your muscle fibers to failure. It’s been called the hardest workout and, trust us, your body will notice immediately. How to prepare
If this is your first visit to [solidcore], download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your same ClassPass email login and sign our liability waiver. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks or shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of class, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. New clients, if you don't arrive 15 minutes early, they won't be able to allow you to take the class.
How to get there
[solidcore] Midtown is located off Peachtree Pl NE. Validated parking is available in the deck right next to Dancing Goats Coffee. Be mindful that the studio entrance is actually off of West Peachtree, not Peachtree Place. Door Code 1029#.
