About this studio
Pherform is an all female fitness studio that focuses our programming of classes around the female anatomy and physiology. Our FST, Female Specific Training, is designed to align with the differences in response of training in a female body for maximum adaptation over time. With over 16 classes a day you will find an array of strength and conditioning classes to spin classes to yoga classes offered to fit your busy schedule. We believe strongly in community and encouraging other members during classes as well as after. We understand how being part of a gym is more than just the workout itself; its a sense of belonging to a group of like minded individuals.pherform.com+852 2798 8824

How to prepare
Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in including athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle to fill up before class. Classes do start on time and there is a late arrival policy so please show up at least 5 minutes before the class starts to guarantee entry in to the class.
How to get there
Pherform is located at 15 Wyndham St, Hong Kong in the Man Cheung Building on Floor 2. It's a quick 5 minute walk from the MTR Central station. Look for the Large PHERFORM Sign hanging on the street and the entrance door is right below.
