Slow Flow with Erin
Very relaxing. Not that great for strength but ok. Many people in 40s but also good for younger crowd.
BODYPUMP45 with Leslie
Two instructors talking over each other, very confusing. Instructors barely taught and laughed a lot, hardly a workout and rude. Not organized at all. A waste of money.
SpinTRX60 with Jenny
Jenny's class is always great
SpinTRX75 with Bethany
great class!
Slow Flow with Erin
Great class with one of the best instructors in town.
TRX Total Body Conditioning with Richard
Rich is an awesome trainer. Great, fun workout with lots of energy
Power Yoga Flow with Chan
Pros - Very relaxing but also had challenging moves (inversions) so not overly easy or hard. Nice instructor. Cons - Wish the instructor would have introduced herself. I felt a little young (most in 40s or 50s) but could have just been the time I picked. I also thought there would be a little more cardio (my fault)! Overall this was a very true yoga class, I think I am just used to more hybrid of yoga and strength/cardio.
Yoga and Meditation/90 with Carrie
Carrie is literally the best!
TRX Total Body Conditioning with Shelly
Slow Burn with Holly
