PAI Yoga & Fitness Dublin is a state-of-the-art fitness studio in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area. Check out weekly group exercise classes including Barre, Spinning, Suspension Training TRX, and Yoga classes ranging from beginner to HOT power yoga! Open 7 days a week.

How to prepare

Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of ours for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.

How to get there

PAI Dublin is located in the Trader Joes plaza off of 161 and Sawmill Road. The Yoga studio is opposite of the Fitness Studio--just across the parking lot. Barre, Spinning, and TRX classes are on the fitness side!

Challenging, fun class. Great work out. The pump classes are a full body workout. Everyone was so friendly when showing me around. Great space.

Instructor is nice and I enjoy the workout. However I have attended this class with this instructor four times and every single class she runs out of time, so we have to skip an entire track every time. But other than that it’s great and upbeat.

What is ClassPass?
