PAI Yoga & Fitness Dublin is a state-of-the-art fitness studio in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area. Check out weekly group exercise classes including Barre, Spinning, Suspension Training TRX, and Yoga classes ranging from beginner to HOT power yoga! Open 7 days a week.

How to prepare

Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of ours for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.

How to get there

PAI Dublin is located in the Trader Joes plaza off of 161 and Sawmill Road. The Yoga studio is opposite of the Fitness Studio--just across the parking lot. Barre, Spinning, and TRX classes are on the fitness side!

Basics Flow with Kara
Coming from someone who is completely new to yoga, the class felt fast paced and some of the poses were difficult. I wouldn't recommend it for those who are completely new to yoga, but perhaps those who have done a handful of classes and understand poses and movement.

Great class and instructor! She takes her time to watch your form and correct as needed.
Basics Flow with Kara
Not my favorite - I've had other yoga classes I liked a lot more. The instructor talks a lot during class and they really allow people to cram in. Not a very relaxing environment. It has potential though - the format of the class is great for new or returning yogis.
BODYPUMP with Rikki
The class was only 45 minutes instead of an hour. The instructor had to leave early to cover at another facility.
HOT Power Yoga Flow/75 with Catie
Good flow and reminders to focus on breathing. Options for advanced modifications were nice. Room was warm, not hot. Will go back to this instructor.
