Very cool studio with peaceful projections. Great instructor, very hands on with helpful adjustments!

Instructor was lovely and gave nice adjustments but this really should be labeled a beginner or stretching class. Mainly gentle side openers from seated, 2-3 vinyasas but not getting into a flow or building any heat. Just helps to know what you’re getting into.

Sharon led such a wonderful flow!! I was so impressed!!! I told my gf who has ClassPass she's coming with me next week! I got into my meditative flow state and left feeling so good. The studio was so cool! Definitely would recommend this class and I will be back next Wednesday xo

Oraya Movement provides a variety of Pilates, Yoga and Mediation classes held in an immersive experience of natural scenes such as Lake Tahoe and a Croatian Lagoon. How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Grip socks required.
