About this studio

Located at the trendy and luxury South Place Hotel, OITOO offers Yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for small groups (max 7 people) as they believe that to achieve sustainable results not only do you need a great class but also quality coaching time. The first floor space offers floor-to-ceiling windows and mirrored walls creating an energy boosting, motivational workout environment. Complementary water, towels, sauna and steam room. Get fit, burn calories for hours and join their community for a fun and unique experience. Suitable for all levels.

How to prepare

Please bring appropriate sportswear. Trainers are necessary for the HIIT classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class so you have time to get ready. Late arrivals might not be able to join the class. They provide towels and lockers.

How to get there

The studio is located 2 minutes walking distance from Liverpool St station or Moorgate station. On arrival at the South Place Hotel please go to the front desk and let them know you are there for the OITOO class. They will provide you with a locker key and guide you to the gym and wellness suite (bring a form of ID to leave behind the desk).

Amazing nidra session. Really gentle flow and then such a relaxing nidra experience, came out of it feeling totally at peace and incredibly focused. The facilities are also brilliant, lovely changing rooms with sauna and steam room.

Love this class - Louise is a fab trainer- as it’s small you really feel like your getting one 2 one. It’s great to be put right when your doing something completely wrong!! You don’t really get that attention in the bigger classes .

One of the best yoga classes I’ve done! Great instructor. The process for checking in at reception was quite disorganised and took longer than it needed to (particularly at lunchtime) - but the class totally made up for this. I’d suggest arriving a bit early to allow for this.

What is ClassPass?
