see all reviewsWow. I was not expecting to feel as good as I did. The facility is beautiful and clean, modern and elegant. You get the sauna and cold plunge room all to yourself. A half hour was actually not enough time once you go back and forth from the sauna to cold plunge. The assistant was lovely and gave me instructions on how to maximize my experience. There was a towel heater which was so nice after the cold plunge, and I was able to take a shower right after. My only tiny complaint is that I couldn’t tell the cold from hot temperature on the shower - the cap was off one of the knobs. And it would’ve been nice to have some body lotion since they already provided lovely shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, Q-Tips, and cotton rounds. Other than that, I loved my experience and can see myself doing this every week because it felt THAT good!
