New York Pilates uses intelligently designed, spring-based resistance training for deep muscle strengthening and development. Sculpt long, lean bodies that are stable and strong to the core. We are a downtown, boutique, contemporary Pilates studio focused on small group fitness and private training. Fifty-five minutes is all it takes to transform the way you look and feel. How to prepare

1. Be sure to have taken at least 1 beginners class before taking our other classes. 2. Wear clothes you can move in; yoga pants, bike shorts, sports bras, tank tops, t shirts, sweatshirts, etc. 3. Please show up 10-15 minutes before class starts. Reservations may be given away if client fails to show up at the start of class. No late admittance into class! 4. Bring your best most awesome self. Prenatal Policy: 2nd Trimester - Needs approval prior to booking / 3rd Trimester - No classes allowed, private sessions only

What is ClassPass?
