We are a downtown, boutique, contemporary Pilates studio focused on small group fitness and private training. Fifty-five minutes is all it takes to transform the way you look and feel. How to prepare

1. Be sure to have taken at least 1 beginners class before taking our other classes. 2. Wear clothes you can move in; yoga pants, bike shorts, sports bras, tank tops, t shirts, sweatshirts, etc. 3. Please show up 10-15 minutes before class starts. Reservations may be given away if client fails to show up at the start of class. No admittance 10 minutes after class start time. 4. Bring your best most awesome self. Prenatal Policy: 2nd Trimester - Needs approval prior to booking / 3rd Trimester - No classes allowed, private sessions only

my instructor taught me something new about my alignment due to my scoliosis and it made my day! love learning something new! I really felt like I got so much out of this class and wish I could take it more often but it's usually a million credits. also a good pro-tip: this is great before work because you won't need a shower!
