see all reviewsGreat class! The studio is in a historic building and the space was beautiful. Seanna was an excellent instructor. From the minute you walked in, she was warm and welcoming. The movement was a perfect balance of flow, strength, and stretch. Seanna gave students lots of options on how to modify poses to suit individual needs. After class, she helped a student that was struggling with a pose. I was impressed as she explained the nuances of the pose and demonstrated, then she had the student try it. I think we all stayed behind to watch, it was like a mini-workshop!

The instructor did a fantastic job keeping the whole event lively and inclusive. She created a unique, safe space that encouraged many of us to break out of our shells and enjoy ourselves while getting a great workout. My abs felt burned from the effort, and I wasn't even emulating the dance moves right, so I knew that even the more experienced classmates were feeling the burn.
