Street parking can be hectic with oncoming traffic on Burbank blvd but still plenty to go around, I got lucky with a spot in front.

I show up 30 minutes early(appointment at 4) incase I needed to fill out any additional paperwork, was greeted by Alan at the front desk. Another staff member came over to check me in and escorted me to the lounge(15-20 minutes) while they finished prepping my room. I reading a book on my phone until someone asked if I wanted to start early. I was happy to do so. A few moments later my massage therapist came over and walked me to the room. She confirmed my schedule procedure and which order they would be in. She asked if I had any problem areas i wanted to focus on, my shoulder and back were given plenty of attention. My massage was heavy handed with lots of check in to ensure it felt good. I enjoy the visualization she used by saying I was like a stick of butter slowly melting. I also got a glass of water after. My facial was nice and focused on hydration. The esthetician had a really calming voice and asked about any allergies and also checked in during cleansing to make sure the product wasn’t sensational. I left relax and glowing. Between the both of my professionals I was given extra 10 minutes on each procedure, the team really cares about their clients here. I felt a little bad since I left the recommended 20% tip, but it’s split between the professionals. I would book again but try the independent treatments on their own.
