The class is high-energy with a great selection of fun music that really gets you moving. The owner herself did my last lift and it was a great first experience (I was so relaxed that I feel asleep multiple times throughout the process). Since you have to have your eyes closed for a long time, I’d recommend wearing glasses instead of contacts so your eyes don’t get too dry/irritated from being closed with contacts in.

I really wish the tan worked out how I was hoping because I’d like to come back but after 2 days it’s completely gone from my hands and wrists so on my arms it looks kind of orange and splotchy with the areas that are already gone. Sort of on my feet too. I’m sure washing my hands has taken it off but I just wash them a normal amount, after the bathroom and before cooking, and I followed all of the instructions on day one to not get wet, not wash hands, etc. But at some point we all have to wash our hands lol so I was hoping it lasted more than 2 days! It’s just such a contrast to my arms so I think that’s why it looks funny

The masseuse really worked on my shoulder knots and had good techniques throughout the session. For the facial, a variety of tools were used and my skin feels refreshed. My only comments for improvement is that there weren’t any hot stones for my massage which I was looking forward to. Additionally, I felt a little cold as no face steamer was used during the facial. Nonetheless, these were minor things and I would go back!
