About this studio

Human Fitness & Performance specialise in empowering their clients to create change in their lives though movement. They offer a variety of small group sessions (maximum of 8 people per group) and 1-1 personal training, with a concept based around five key elements called "the Human Score": Nutrition, Hydration, Movement, Rest, Emotion. The studio is different due to the fact that they do not use machines! Instead, they use a combination of traditional lifting barbells, dumbbells, squat rack, TRX, Sandbells, Vipers, Vibration Plates, Freeform Boards and Bulgarian bags. Each person is different and by using the Human Score, trainers adjust each workout to suit what you are looking for. There is no one fits all at HFP, it's about you getting the most out of YOUR workout and seeing results!

How to prepare

At Human Fitness & Performance, the trainers want you to be comfortable while training. Please wear comfortable gym attire. Shoes are optional (we encourage bare feet, including all power lifts). Sweat Towels and towels for showering are provided Shower and toilet facilities are available Water fountain to refill your water bottle

How to get there

Human Fitness & Performance is located on 4-6 Duke Street just off Chapel Street we are 4-6 Duke Street. Duke St is a one way street with 1 hour parking on either side. Turn down James Street, left onto Primrose Street then, drive up toward Chapel Street to park. 2 hour free parking is located at the back of Duke Street, just of off James Street. Please read all road signs carefully.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
