Ended up being a boxing class but it was great none the less!

The 6.15am class is nice and small, so small that I ended up with a PT session as it was only me! Great workout with really friendly trainers. Will definitely be back!

Great class (strength plus a bit of cardio) - challenging, but I was able to change weights to make it easier or harder as needed.

I think the timetable needs to be updated. Not that I’m complaining but it turned out to be a HIIT class!

Not a lot of boxing and probably a class for people whove been training lots before (not beginners)! Trainer was great though

The name of the studio has changed, as had the address and the timetable is also not right!! I had to call the number I found on the website just to find the gym! Then the class was HIIT and the instructor gave no guidance and wasnt motivating. Wont be back to this one!!
