**IMPORTANT NOTE: The women's locker room at this studio will be closed for maintenance on Monday 2/11 and Tuesday 2/12 and will reopen on Wednesday 2/13.** Situated on Central Park South just across from Manhattan’s renowned Central Park, Exhale’s flagship Midtown location is the perfect New York City escape. The sanctuary-like yoga studio and a sky-lit barre studio feature a full schedule of Exhale Barre, Cardio, Yoga, and HIIT fitness classes. Large, well-amenitized changing rooms offer showers, private lockers, steam rooms, and more. Shop the chic wellbeing boutique or relax in the zen lounge before or after class. An expansive spa wing accommodates facials, massage, waxing, and acupuncture, and two dedicated nail areas provide the for exhale-approved manicures and pedicures. 212 249 3000

How to prepare

**IMPORTANT NOTE: The women's locker room at this studio will be closed for maintenance on Monday 2/11 and Tuesday 2/12 and will reopen on Wednesday 2/13.** Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. NEW GUESTS should show up at least 10 minute prior to class to get acquainted with the workout. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after class start time. No late entrants in exhale HIIT.

Exhale Cardio Blast with Kat
Enough of a full body workout, but the movements were insanely fast even making proper form impossible to achieve. Won't return to cardio blast class but would try the Barre class here. The studio is really nice and clean

WOW! One of Alex’s best classes to date. As most know, core fusion is totally hit or miss (mostly the latter) bc of some of the cut rate instructors who are hired at exhale, despite the absurd price tag per class. However, alex is one of, if not, the top instructor here, with his non stop profiles, burn worthy sets + innovative moves. He gave us 5 (!) sets of thighs along with 2 sets of glutes at the barre with 1 on the floor using the blue band. Core work is always extensive + he generally covers 14-16 upper body movements, promoting the use of heavier weights, as it should be. As an athlete, I appreciate his challenges + love using his classes as counter training to the rest of my workout regime.

Too many hands-on-adjustments from Fred. I felt uncomfortable. The workout itself was fine. The ab series was hard but not in a good way - not enough focus on form. I felt like I needed to go work out afterwards. It’s good for a first time barre experience but possibly not for someone who wants to push themselves.

First time at this studio and can already tell I’ll be back. The locker room is huge, tons of showers, and a dry sauna? Yes please. The class itself was actually really great. Loved the few isolation exercises add into the flow that Hilary did. Super hands on with corrections which was appreciated.
