About this studio
Jess Glenny has been involved in movement practice since 1981 and teaching since 2003. She is a certified Open Floor dance movement teacher, a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist, a Yoga Register Teacher (Elder) and a C-IAYT registered Yoga Therapist. She offers friendly, community-based classes for people who are curious about movement. Greenwich West is a beautiful, big, light community hall with a lovely wooden floor. Wheelchair accessible. We are five minutes from Greenwich DLR / overground station, and lots of buses stop nearby.embodyyogadance.co.uk
How to prepare
Mats are provided, but they aren't ideal for ashtanga, so if you have your own, it's a good idea to bring it. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
