About this studio

High-intensity fitness classes using customized reformers at this exercise studio will help you transform your body quickly and efficiently. Offering TONE classes on beefed up reformers for a low impact on your joints workout that is HIGHLY effective. New? No worries, they are now offering TONE it Down: An Intro To Btone so you can learn all the ins and outs! NOTE: Per ClassPass policy, reservations are valid at the confirmed location ONLY. If a user goes to the wrong location, they will be charged a missed class fee for not showing at their confirmed location. Additionally, to attend class without a confirmed reservation, they must pay the drop-in fee. GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED

How to prepare

GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED and are available for purchase. Please arrive early to make your purchase. Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.

How to get there

Btone Southie is located at 416 West Broadway, 2nd floor, in Boston, MA 02127. Enter at the F Street Entrance. You will need to be buzzed in so you MUST be early for class. If you arrive late please be patient as once class begins, they may need a few seconds to buzz you in. Once in, BTone is located in suite 202 on the second floor. There is an elevator or you can use the code 2016* to gain access to the stairwell.

Awesome class, focus was core and triceps and I’m still feeling it 2 days later!

Hard to understand the instructions. Seems like the mic was too close to her mouth and all I heard was murmurs. It would also be easier to follow if she demo’d at the front of the class. Sometimes she used the reformer but I couldn’t see. Also I have low back problems and would have liked to know how to modify a few of the exercises so if she can walk around more to see who can’t do the exercise and offer suggestions, that would be really helpful.

Kristen’s class was amazing. Challenging moves, a smart class structure and fun music. The 45 minutes flew by. I left feeling like jello!
