I did not enjoy the circuits, too many stations and not enough time at each station so you had to do a lot of rounds. It was very repetitive and I didn't get the hard workout I was looking for.

Like the class but confused why this one is 45min when the rest are 60min. A lot of time spent warming up so prefer the 60min version bc there's more actual working out.
