Great class that is always full of a variety of strength training and cardio circuits. So happy that this class had 10 circuits instead of the usual 8, and even more excited that sam did a mini tabata ab and arm finisher. So much better having 2 extra circuits and a finisher instead of the usual 10-12 minute stretch at the end. Please keep doing class this way!
