Class warm up wasnt that great, i didnt like the line exercises. but the stations and main workout was challenging and fun

Outstanding kettlebell workout. Great instruction and a really good challenge that you can easily adapt to your level. Cant recommend this class enough.

The class was good but very short. I believe we got only 45 minutes workout including warm up and cool down.

I thought this class would kill me, but it ended up being a pleasant challenge. Definitely hard, but not impossible. Ivana was great.

Amazing Kettlebell class! Joanna really breaks down every movement and makes sure you are safe and using good form. Great for improving technique. Amazing workout.

Crystal was great! offered modifications and I got a great sweat. instructions were easy to follow and moves were different than my usual so it kept things interesting.
