Mat Pilates with Raquel
Raquel is not only a great instructor with amazing workout Ive never done in any of my Pilates classes before, but shes a true healer. Wow. Just wow. You will feel amazing not just physically but also spiritually. Cant wait to come back.
Barre with Raquel
This studio is small and has loyal and experienced barre members. The class is short because the instructor makes you do high intensity reps instead of having a longer class with low intensity and more reps. Dont think Ill come back because of the lack of AC and the cardio barre style but worth it once in a while.

Amazinggg workout!! Great instructor she was motivational and attentive. It was also a very intimate class which made it great for a beginner
Yoga
The instructors flow included intense backbends such as bow pose before warming up our spines. Poses were not fully explained (just named) leading to quite a bit of confusion with multiple yogis who were newer to practicing yoga.

What is ClassPass?
