How to prepare

Mat, towel, water, and sneakers for cardio classes. Please bring your own mat, or you can rent one for $3. We also have water available to purchase for $2. Please arrive early for your first class to fill out the waiver.

Teacher was great, location was hard to find and the atmosphere was lacking. It was just a conference room, not what I was expecting

Super fun & engaging teacher. Just not the workout intensity for me.

I feel so bad for the low rating because the instructor was so nice, but this was a rough class. The routines were awkward and not at all hard, we just kind of walked side to side and made different arm movements. Emi was so nice and positive, I just cant get around how lame that class was. Didnt even break a sweat.

No instructions on how to get to the studio and didnt get as hard of a workout in that I wanted.

What is ClassPass?
