CDR Barre Plus with Kari
Great first class! Kari knew this was my first barre class and spent a few minutes before class started going over some basic moves. I really appreciated her help when it came to correcting my form. I will definitely be coming back.
CDR Barre Mix Up with Chelsea
The class was good, but there were too many people packed into a small space.
CDR Barre Fusion with Rachel
Rachel was very helpful and encouraging! A great workout and challenging class
CDR Barre Fusion with Rachel
The studio was really hard to find and the teaching style was not what I expected, having gone to Barre classes in Seattle and Portland. When trying to locate the studio, I had to call three times before someone picked up. Class was challenging, but the difficulty of finding the studio and the abrasive teaching style aren’t worth it. I only went because I was in town for work.
CDR Barre Plus with Kari
As always, great play lists, amazing instructors with high intensity barre training!
CDR Barre Fusion with Jessica
This class was interesting but I probably wouldn’t go again. Most of it is squats on your tip toes so the balls of your feet will hurt. I’m sure your feet will eventually get used to it but it’s not for me.
CDR Barre Mix Up with Cassie
Great instructor and energy. Cassie was very helpful and kept the class engaged
CDR Barre Intensity with Cristy
First time attending the full one hour class and it kicked butt! The class was definitely more difficult than the express class which is only 45 minutes. I hope to do more of these classes!
CDR Barre Express with Cristy
Cristys class was an awesome nonstop workout! She was a great instructor.
CDR Barre Express with Cassie
Beware this class was pretty difficult to locate! I walked around the entire strip mall looking for it, its behind the mall and the entrance looks like an employee entrance. Other than that Cassie was so amazing! This is by far one of the best barre classes Ive attended. Every minute was filled with movement, the music was upbeat and great cardio. The equipment is nice and studio super cute. Ill be returning!

About this studio

Barre at CDR is a fun, energetic, workout for women that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and functional fitness that will tone and define the whole body. Their classes are the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardio element utilizing the barre with fun, upbeat music. In each class you'll achieve a whole body workout concentrating on the areas women struggle with the most. They work triceps, biceps, shoulders, chest, back, glutes, legs and core using low-impact, weight bearing exercises that are extremely efficient movements for muscle strength and toning. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to give you proportion that is shapely and attractive

How to prepare

They recommend to fill out their waiver ahead of time, www.smartwaiver.com/v/barreatcdr and arrive 10 min early. You will want to wear sticky grip socks to retain your body’s heat as well as prevent your feet from sliding (you’ll thank us later). You may bring your own, or they have them available for purchase at the studio. You’ll want to remove your shoes and put on your socks before you walk through the studio (you’ll be lying down during class, so this is just an effort to keep the floors as tidy as possible). Bring a water bottle.

How to get there

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to make sure you find their building. They are located in the Albertsons/Panera shopping center. You will park on the backside of the building and enter through the door with the “CDR” sign above it. If entering from: -Cypress and Redlands Blvd (Panera) – Turn left in the second driveway we are the first door on the left after Albertsons. -Palm and Redlands Blvd (Chase Bank) – Turn right in the 3rd driveway and we are the last door on the right before Albertsons. 700 E. Redlands Blvd
