About this studio

BACH is The Trinity of Wellness. At BACH, our leaders focus on three key stages of the wellness process: the high, the low and the restore. High Intensity Interval Training being the high, Yoga being low and Meditation as the restoring. High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) – This is a 45 min Full Functional Training fueled class that is devoted to functional strength and athletic movements. We implement four components to help you reach your goals: - Bike (Cardio) - Agility (Turf/Cardio) - Suspension Straps (Body weight resistance) - FitBench (Strength training) Heated Vinyasa Power Flow / Flow – A 45-minute yoga flow linking breath to movement, with a focus on: - Breath - Posture/Alignment - Flexibility - Core - Muscle strength Meditation (45-minute guided flow)

How to prepare

Please arrive to studio 15 minutes prior to class start to complete the following: - BACH Liability Waiver - Studio tour with class leader or front desk staff - Please bring water bottle High Intensity Interval Training Requirements: - Closed-Toe shoes required. YOGA Requirements: - Yoga Mat and Towels Rental for $3.00 OMVANA Online Meditation - Mobile Device, Laptop, or Tablet - Headphones Studio Amenities: - Showers - Lockers (Must provide your own lock) - Class Towels & Shower Towels provided

I had a great experience here. The studio is very modern and has a contemporary atmosphere. The workout I did was HITT Lower body and it was a good one. Definitely focuses on functional performance training. But the best part of my experience was the trainer Nathan. He was very well educated, an awesome motivator, and an overall great energy to be around. If you’re curious about this gym at all I say go in and soak it all up because you’ll leave a better person than when you came in. ????????

Took Morgan’s class twice this week - TOUGH but fun!! Class went by so fast. Always look forward to BACH classes...such a positive environment and welcoming group of people!!

Not bad but felt like the class description was misleading. This class is a yoga pilates fusion with planks, block exercises etc. also the room is heated which I also didn’t know before signing up. The instructor was wearing a small pair of undies which was a little uncomfortable at times. But he was a good at cues and enthusiastic.

A good mix of yoga moves for flexibility with resistance training for balance and strength! Also a little relaxing since the whole room was 85 degrees.
