I’ve taken all classes with her and my favorite is jump board, which is an amazing blend of cardio and perform Pilates, you burn and have so much fun. Erica does a great job at demonstrating the movement to make sure we are doing it correctly and safely. I also love an aesthetics of the studio.!!! Thank you Erica!

You move thru stations following a monitor demoing the exercises and guiding where to go. Nothing is crazy complex. There’s a trainer for form corrections for everyone in the room. I love the convenience!
