    I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this class!! Compared to some similar competitors, I really enjoyed flipping back and forth between the two stations instead of longer blocks at each. It allowed me to keep working hard until the end! Would go again

    First time taking her class: Can’t say this about most instructors tbh but I would definitely take her class again. Her music choice was great and it was quite challenging! Such a small class but she kept the energy so high you’d think it was full. 10/10

    Natalie never misses on her classes — you can easily tell she’s a life-long athlete and understands training. She pushes you out of your comfort zone but also meets you at your capacity if you’re a beginner. If you’re considering Rumble, she’s a good introduction to what they have to offer.     Thoroughly enjoyed Michelle's class and the options provided based on experience. Would recommend more encouraged water breaks throughout the class but overall, I enjoyed the class a lot. The studio is a few flights up (there is an elevator available) so that was a nice unanticipated workout before the yoga class haha.

    She provided some modifications for my injury which made the class more pain free. I like the noon classes because they aren’t as busy at the ones after 5. Key also comes around and corrects you which k find many other teachers don’t when it’s busy. Overall love jaybird
