    This was my first class at WundaBar and I loved it! I have done many Pilates classes in the past but have not been exercising regularly for a while. The instructor was friendly and gave a clear demonstration of the WundaBar machine (similar to the Pilates reformer with some additions) before class and gave modifications when needed. Challenging class but not intimidating. Will definitely be back!

    Perfect mix of bodyweight cardio and weights. Format is kind of organized chaos, but it’s usually something like 2-3 weighted moves and 1 cardio move as a set, done three times before moving onto another set. Instructor has great energy and gives individual attention in a big class and had a fun playlist.

    IN-STUDIO Introduction to Ballet

    Great basic class. Lots of time spent with bars in parallel facing the mirror rather than a “traditional” ballet class with left hand on the bar then right hand etc. The teacher took time to break down parts and explain common mistakes, but made it fun and engaging at the same time. Which says a lot after a very long day!!

    This was a cute class! 6 reformer machines so it’s small and the instructor was great—very exact with form, offered lots of corrections for me, but also kind about it and seemed like she was having fun. Good workout! Will be back!

    INTERMEDIATE TOWER /MAT

    Suzanne was extremely knowledgeable and kind and gentle. She focused on her students’ form and made sure we all were aware of what we were doing, what muscles or body parts we were targeting and most importantly, that we had good form during each exercise. I loved the space, the energy in the space was calm with a light and positive energy flowing throughout the space from the other instructors and students in the space. A perfect space for those just getting back into their practice or the more advanced student ❤️
