Format is kind of organized chaos, but it’s usually something like 2-3 weighted moves and 1 cardio move as a set, done three times before moving onto another set.     IN-STUDIO Introduction to Ballet

    Great basic class. Lots of time spent with bars in parallel facing the mirror rather than a “traditional” ballet class with left hand on the bar then right hand etc. The teacher took time to break down parts and explain common mistakes, but made it fun and engaging at the same time. Which says a lot after a very long day!!

    Very challenging class and super cute studio!! Instructor had great energy. I will definitely be sore. I loved the end wind-down stretch with foam rollers. Fill your water bottle beforehand because the fountain didn’t work very well.
